Из номера открывался прекрасный вид на океан. Большой светлый номер. Бассейн немного разочаровал, требует чистки и ремонта. В остальном прекрасно отдохнуть перед вылетом. Персонал очень внимательный. В случае необходимости остановлюсь еще раз

Disappointed stay to be totally honest. The location is good, right on the beach and 20 mins from the airport. There is a pool and many restaurants around. The street doesn't have much to do, but if you want to stay and relax its a good option. Check in was 2pm even though its stated as 1pm online. The women at the front desk are excellent, very efficient and friendly, however the men are not. I wasn't impressed. Upon check out, nobody came to collect my bags. Food is good from ala carte. The bar manager is amazing. Very good customer service. The bed is comfortable, along with the pillows. Good shower and wifi. Nice balcony. The room has a mosquito problem and no robe or slippers in the room. Some problems exist however. In the hallway there is music and lights on 24/7. This disturbs sleep. Neighbours are noisy (not hotel fault). And people reserve sun loungers in the morning, even though they do not use until hours later. This is a problem. Overall I was a little disappointed with my stay.

Amazing beachfront hotel, very very good service. Rooms looks better than on photos! Extremely good price/quality offer! We stayed during New Year's Eve and Gala dinner was mind blowing - so much choice, delicacies of all sort, tasty and desers are from heaven as well. Ochen ochen xorosho. We could see all Negombo fireworks. Hotel team also provided us with the early breakfast package because we left early morning on January 1st! They really did go above and beyond to help us feel truly valuable guests! We will return! Thank you Earl's Regent Team!

Didn’t have the booking from 永安. Took over an hour to check in. Room was not the room we paid for they overbooked. Staff were rude and aggressive checking us in. Room was dirty and disgusting. Mood. Filth on walls. Stains on sheets. Honestly just disgusting. Stay anywhere else.

The hotel is great with a nice pool and excellent sea view. It is generally clean but the floor is wet from condensation. I wonder if its the aircon or sea.

スリランカ滯在中に1泊だけ利用させていただきました。 深夜1時ごろのチェックインにも関わらず、スタッフの方がとても丁寧に迎えてくださり、安心して滯在することができました。 お部屋からの眺めも素晴らしく、靜かで落ち着いた雰囲気の中でゆっくりと過ごすことができました。 翌朝の朝食もおいしく、サービスも丁寧で嬉しかったです。 短い滯在でしたが、また機會があればぜひ利用したいホテルです。 ありがとうございました！
