Although it was in Neil Island the resort is average and quite tiny and the room was maintained. but the worst thing about this resort is the breakfast they serve the very limited and bad options of breakfast and pathetic. but the resort staff was very good and nice behaviour

Near to Jetty and Main Laxmanpur Beach and Bharatpur beach. Food was awesome. Rooms are excellent.

hotel maintenance is very poor and staffs are not flexible… break fast only two options & dinner was very poor quality… i will prefer to others not to stay in this hotel…… nii of t value for money…

service are not satisfied. staff and owner behave is very bad. they are mis behaviour and abused to tourist. never book this hotel. and extra heavy charge also fined many type. like as bedsheets dirty. so I never suggest for any tourist for this hotel.

Property has no reception, no wifi, rooms are small but clean. Good ambience. Manager is good responsive. Breakfast is good but lunch is okay.

Location was ok. Food was ok. Breakfast nut much variety. Terriblebthing was toilet flush was not working, it was jammed. Jorrible experience. Pls avoid as better choice available in neil's with similar budget
