Food okay, behavior extremely rude, washroom nothing works neither you will get hot water. I had asked for a 1-hour extension because their checkout is at 8 am, and my ferry was at 10:30 am. Not a single penny was valued. The worst mistake i made was to book the property. If you want a peaceful 永安, don't book. I asked at 10am can i get something to eat they denied the restaurant is closed but staff were eating. The rooms are very small with hardly any amenities

This property is huge and well maintained, Rooms are very spacious, Food option is less for vegetarian, except that it is value for money.

Water pressure was low because of that shower was not working. They were very strict about the dinner timings with us but served other guests after their deadline. We didn't like this unprofessionalism. Otherwise the property was beautiful and maintained.

Overall experience was very good. Rooms were big and comfortable and make us feel close to the nature. The place was quiet and calm which was also a good point.
