There was no receptionist to allot a room and we had to wait. The tv had no connection. No water for drinking was provided. The toiletries was half filled. Only limited items in the menu were available.

Very bad service at reception, room service, house keeping. They keep knocking your room bell continuously in-spite of you not asking for anything. Bad experience overall

The stay at tejaswini grand was good and the service was excellent even the food at the restaurant was also clean and tasty. But the front office need improvement, it needs smart people who can be proactive so that the customer will have better experience.
