The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated in a coastal theme. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable with soft linens and multiple pillow options. The private balcony had a breathtaking ocean view, perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching.

I booked for 2 days when I had work only on Sunday only for a comfortable stay as. I had to attend a wedding and there was no hot water and the door was not locking from inside which delayed me going to the wedding and the muhurtham was over by the time the hotel brought a bucket of water and put a heater into it to heat . First of all to respond the reception and maintainance took 1.5 hours only after I went to the reception and shouted at him he sent the maintainence guy!! I came to Nellore for wedding and ended up missing it because of the amenities of the hotel.

At the time of our stay lift was not working it was a bit difficult for us to use the stair case with luggage and the worst thing i experienced here is even the hot water was not coming in the rest room.

Worst ever experience, congested rooms with 5 size beds only. No hot water. If hot water required they provide only one bucket after requested 30 minutes. Room service also very very bad. Don't prefer this hotel. Waste of money.

neat and clean no nonsense rooms , food needs improvement . staff needs to be increased. I faced only issue in room service. everything else is fine .

Rooms are too small and less ventilated, it is completely different from the picture i saw and staff are not very positive, elevator is not working, and in morning breakfast they are serving uncovering which made fruit flies (insects) to enjoy foods before we eat. Therefore i can say rooms are overpriced

It is okish place to stay. Room cleanliness is a major concern. Food is good but we faced some delay in getting the morning breakfast. Valet parking was not there when we were there.
