We got the worst room maintenance. The room was not good. We got this very bad and the room lock was not working properly.

Big rats roaming all over room and making sounds all the night. Worst hotel to stay and as its property is very old. I feel people should avoid stying here .

No proper room service and we are booked one room they gave another room, which smells weird. No ventilation in room and washroom has no exhauster fan. No valet parking. Not recommended for family stay.

Extremely disappointing experience! The hotel's management and maintenance are subpar. Check-in was delayed by nearly an hour, and the room was in poor condition. The AC was malfunctioning, the TV remote was broken, and the room was not clean. To top it off, the furniture was scratched and damaged. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing is that breakfast is good.

This is one one. Rooms are not clean and dirty. Staff is good and cooperative. I feel price little high.

Generally in good condition as a three star hotel I stayed in Executive suite and it was more comfortable Very friendly staff in reception and restaurant I had to ask for mosquito repellent wall-mount and spray No face towel
