Room we had was in the third floor and was like a cave. One small window that was mostly plugged up with an a/c unit and set far back into the wall. Youth hockey teams in town and ran amuck throughout the hotel. Which pointed out how the rooms lacked insulation. Stayed one night out of the three booked. The desk clerk was very nice and helped us change our booking to the nicer Prestige Lakefront. Definitely worth the upgrade.

I should give all 5 star for Prestige Inn. Acutally I like to location the best after I stroll on Baker street --- several hotels on 永安 (or ***********) are on Baker street and parking is an issue. Prestige Inn has ample parking, great view to the lake. The only thing is that the rail is close --- 2 trains passing per day and it seems guests are excited on balconies to see the trains! Reception lady is very polite, professional and gave us a free upgrade. Be carefull at booking: a few basic queen room are in half basement(have windows), showing floor B1 on booking page. They don't have air conditioning. Highly recommended this hotel!!! They have Prestige Resort which is 5 mintues walk along the lakeshore, to have pool, restaurants... to enjoy.

陽台窗外的湖邊風景很美，房間很乾淨，grocery stores距離酒店也很近，走路不用5分鐘就到了。

Pretty old building but they offer a good service with 24 hour coffee ready on lobby which was good to me. Great locations to reach out downtown and a walk along the pedestrian road

Great renovated hotel in Nelson BC. Very clean lovely new large screen TV. The staff was wonderful. Went over the top to assist us. Price was reasonable, especially compared to other hotels in the area. Great views of mountains everywhere
