前台人員態度惡劣，房間沒有一次性牙刷，洗浴的毛巾也沒有，拖鞋衹有1雙，而我訂的是雙床房，晚上本來來的就比較晚，沒人開門，最後是出來的客人順便開了門，然後第二天早上酒店前台就發消息提醒了兩遍12點退房，價格在當地來説真不算便宜，沒有服務，態度惡劣，房間的隔音也差，馬桶旁邊的噴頭漏水

非常好的酒店，雖然説位置偏了，點進大門的時候記得按門鈴，然後安全是有保證的，酒店裡麪的設施簡直是一應俱全，吹風機盒裝的紙巾四個毛巾 三個牀頭櫃還有一個小沙發 下面有游泳池健身房 旁邊有一個購物中心，裏面有一家中東菜，還不錯，星巴克也在旁邊 乾淨整潔

I had a conference in new cairo and also wanted to stay close to AUC. This hotel is very new and has all the amenities you need. Honestly i was very surprised by the quality of the furniture as its really good for Cairo standards. Bed is super comfortable, you have a microwave and really good television. Safe and place to place your luggage as well. i was on the 4th floor. very quiet too. it also has a gym and a pool which i didnt try but looks very well kept. I just hope that the cleanliness and standards maintain throughout the years as new hotels usually start well but later the quality goes down.

I waiting for check out to take my money from safe box which is not working and not open. Toooo much delay with no solutions from hotel. Very bad

環境乾淨衞生，房間寬敞明亮，陽光充足，所有設施都是新的，比一些老舊的星級酒店都好太多了，床上用品也潔白整潔，有需要叫房間服務時他們也會迅速響應。樓下有小小的健身房和游泳池，孩子也能玩玩水，入住體驗很好。

فندق ممتاز من حيث مستوى النظافة والهدوء والأمان مريح وجديد جدا العاملات الصغيرات ماشاء الله لطيفات وسريعات في الخدمة والتنظيف والاستجابة لكل الطلبات وايضا مستوى أناقة المكان وترتيبها ممتاز.. وقريب من مول بوينت ٩٠ تقريبا ٢٠٠ متر

房間很新，酒店服務非常熱情。位置也很好，就在美國大學附近，剛開業不久，性價比很高，是新開羅區域值得入住的酒店之一。

We spent one night at the Rivana Residence hotel. The location was confusing at first as it doesn't have big hotel signs. Once we got in we were welcomed by reception. We had a nice apartment which looks like we were one of the new users of the room or even the whole building. Everything was very clean, the room had a kettle and a microwave as well as some cutlery. The room also included a sofa and a big desk. Overall the stay was very nice and if I want somewhere near 5th district this would be definitely one of the first choices to book. Only one improvement I can think of is that there were no teabags or instant coffee packets. This is usually included in most hotels and would've been great to have a cup of tea in the morning
