新堡桑德曼簽名酒店 (Sandman Signature Newcastle Hotel)

這次訂酒店因為來參加畢業典禮啦，就選擇了這家酒店。非常不錯的地理位置，就在紐卡斯爾商學院邊上。而且離中國城和市中心步行8-10分鐘就可以到達。酒店環境也不錯。去火車站路程10分鐘。

Location is superb. Walking distance to City Centre and Chinatown, plenty of restaurants near hotel.

We had booked a junior suite. On arrival we were greeted warmly and efficiently checked in. We were given our key and told we were in room 118. We were told that we had to go up one floor in the lift and then backdown the stairs as our room was in between floors. It was the only room at that level. Had I have known that I wouldn’t have booked it as I was travelling with my mum who is post surgery with a new hip, and stairs and luggage were a bit of a challenge. Anyway, once inside our suite was perfect. It consisted of a living/dining/kitchen room with a sofa, TV and pretty much a full kitchen, I.e Hob, fridge with an ice box, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom was made to feel a little small as the bed was absolutely huge, it also had a TV in there too. The bathroom was quite standard but spotlessly clean. The only gripe I had was there was only one electric heater and that was in the bedroom, so if you were cold I had to go into the bedroom. Would I stay there again…..yes but perhaps in a room that didn’t need to climb stairs.

Booked a room away from the lift. Gave us a room next to the lift. Went down to see ifcwe could get it changed as we wanted a quiet room On check in we requested this so obviously next to the lift facing the stack is not a quiet room. Next room was directly above the hotels air conditioning unit gave up as obviously the receptionist was having a serious customer service melt down especially when we went out 10 minutes later and she called over ..is that room OK for you? Obviously not as the air conditioning unit screamed all night long we just said yes as what was the best room going to be ?? Certainly will not be back thanks to the totally piss taking receptionist

**，環境差，樓下就是酒吧晚上鬧的根本睡不着，酒店管理也是一坨，已經住了4天提早一天退死活不給退，腦子裡全是shi

地點優越，近Metro，對住聖佔士公園球場； 設備不俗，設施應有盡； 早餐亦有水準； 服務尚可，可能溝通上誤會，沒有按要求整理房間。 但整體感覺滿意。

總體環境還好的，主要賣點是位置，就在紐卡斯爾大學旁，過來參加學術會議，走路2分鐘，非常方便，對面好像是newcastle united的球場，看球非常方便。 唯一要吐槽的是床墊太軟，床單看似乾淨，但是睡起來感覺這裏癢那裡癢…..沒有國內的酒店乾淨。電梯沒有關門鍵，非常慢。

房間很好，門很厚重，不會因為隔壁開關門就有聲音。據説建造於上個世紀，沒有空調，但是有暖氣。暖氣分三個檔，還好，感覺被子有點薄。

Nice location just opposite St James Park and in the centre of the city. Room is comfotable. Recommend.
