Stayed for a weekend while visiting the area. Really great hotel. Rooms are modern and comfy. Breakfast was very tasty and great selection. Staff friendly. 10 minutes walk to the metro station to get into Newcastle or to the airport. Toby carvery next door for a nice meal. Shops and supermarkets as well as the usual fast foods a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended.

Good location, not too far of a walk to the metro station, convenience with restaurant (chain), groceries shop and petrol station closed by. The hotel was average with only one lift working tho, comfortable bed but pillow isn't, good hand and shower Rituals products but our shower gel not been refilled and just thinning - we had to ask them to refill, average breakfast, big carpark

Hotel was lovely but what let it down was kids banging doors and running around the hotel and allowed too. Great location for the airport and friendliest of staff. Only issue was there was hair left in the toilet so disnt look like it was swept enough, however would use again when travelling
