酒店有點陳舊，桌子腿都歪了，不知道為什麼房間暖氣熱了一會就涼了，衞生間暖氣一宿都是涼的，樓下是餐廳，入住時窗子開着，油煙進到房間裏都散不出去，衹好打開房門放味兒，同行朋友對酒店都不滿意。

Really nice hotel …. More personal than a big boring chain hotel. Staff were really efficient and friendly too. The bars were lively too .

Overall, we had a lovely stay at the Cairn Hotel. Booked a Carlton double in the annexe, as preferred the blue theme decor, but was allocated a double in the main hotel upon arrival. The wood theme decor, coupled with the small window, made the room quite dark. It was a bit dated, but had everything we needed, including a mini fridge. Bathroom was compact, but it was fine and the shower was really good, however the water pressure was low at times. Breakfast was excellent. Self service full english with a selection of cereals, pastries, yoghurts and cold meat/cheese. Fab service in a lovely setting . Really enjoyed it all 3 mornings. Very happy with the price paid, and we got breakfast included in the booking, which made it great value. Good location, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate area, and with West Jesmond Metro only a 5minute walk away, it is perfect for getting into town. Would definitely consider returning if the price remains competitive.

Towels not clean with stains and carpet smells and is old same with the curtains. Shower all covers with mold en bad odor from the toilet. Very noisy you can hear the neighbors snoring en talking. Awefull 2 nights for that price. Only positive side is the location but definitely ready for renovation.

시내 중심과는 거리가 있으나 근처에 제스먼드역도 있고 바로 앞에 버스정류장도 있어 교통은 편리하다 주택가에 위치하고있으며 주변에 펍과 마트 등이 가깝다 객실은 넓고 청결하며 침구 깨끗함.

Can't complain for the price, the room was a little smaller than photos & very hot but it was also summer lol. The extractor in the shower didn't work though, which made the room quite humid. Walls are quite thin so you can hear people in the rooms around you but not too bad.

Excellent location. 10 mins from. Metro. Numerous cafes and restaurants within a few steps. Perfect for sightseeing. Downside: The standard double room I had was very small and cramped.

It wasn't the best of experiences and I believe had we addressed some of the issues we came across sooner, things would have been different. There was a poignant smell in our bathroom and in all fairness we should have mentioned it sooner rather than expecting it to disappear on its own. When we did address it, we were moved into a different room instantly. The rooms could do with a bit more cleaning when it came to dust and hair in various areas. Will still recommend it.

A really lovely place. Made better by the pleasant and helpful staff. I rang ahead to ask about parking as I was attending an event and the person who answered the phone couldn’t have been more brilliant. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I’ll probably continue to now, having been coming up to Newcastle for 10+ years to visit friends this is probably the most pleasant and well priced place I have stayed in. I really recommend this place. I much preferred staying on the side of the road to where you check in though which would be my only point for the next time I come up.
