the facilities and services are very poor by hr grand hotel, washroom shower 🚿 not working properly and airconditioner was also in poor condition. not captured pic but u can see the review of many persons

I recently stayed at [HR grand hotel ] and had a [positive] experience. The check-in process was [smooth/slow], and the staff were [friendly]. My room was [clean and comfortable /well-maintained], with like a great view, comfy bed, noisy air conditioner, etc.]. The amenities, including , breakfast, Wi-Fi], were [well-maintained/lacking], and I particularly enjoyed [highlight any standout feature, such a etc.]. The location was [convenient/remote], with easy access to [landmarks, transport, restaurants]. Overall, I would [definitely recommend/maybe stay again/likely not return] based on my experience.

Room was not at all clean, fridge and kettle were not working and were broken, no car parking facility was there, no breakfast provided after taking charges of room with breakfast , staff behaviour was rude. When asked for manager or owner, hotel staff replied that owner lives in Dubai , go and complaint there. Very very very bad experience. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. My parents felt unsafe in this property.

looks okay from outside and corridor decors look very neat and tidy. but it's in a remote area, a definite no for people who want to visit many places in Delhi. 2 kms from metro, there are autos available . solo female travellers need to double check the area in street view and then some. It's located at least 30 min drive from any major tourist place. we were told to wait for 30 minutes even though we prebooked the room on MMT and went 30 min after check-in time. later sent to a substandard hotel next to it, and they claim it's the same hotel. There were lot of issues with taps, hangers, flush in bathroom and even AC wasn't working. one good thing was that they fixed the first few things I mentioned after complaining. it's like a new tenant asking landlord to call the plumber again and again. got tired of it and adjusted with the given room. we were provided with breakfast (included in booking) and with very limited options. (no buffet). paid Lunch was below average. No other dine-in options in walkable distance. oh yeah... TV was not at all working (didn't complain this time, left it .. ). Tap problem. another loose pipe problem. No such facilities as swimming pool , laundromat, washing machine... you can guess the rest from the way they are maintaining the bathrooms and Air Conditioners. Location is in remote location. There are no other dine-in options in walkable distance. We reached the hotel at 12:30 pm. But still we were asked to wait for 30 minutes even though we had pre-booked the rooms on MMT. After that, we were sent to the near by hotel for accommodation, (comfort plaza hotel). When questioned they said it was the same hotel establishment. Then started the problems such as AC not cooling after 1 hour, bathroom flush not working and no hanger issues. I complained and then only they were fixed one by one. Fed up with the complaints as we came to Delhi to tour the place and tried to adjust. I forgot to mention that TV was not working and Tap in one of the bathrooms was in bad shape. Breakfast was provided with very limited options (Alu parotha/toast and tea). No such facility as washing machine. Overall experience was really bad. I would rate it 1/5. Security wise it didn't feel like safe area according to the local word of mouth.

I checked in on 15th April and Checked out on 19th April, it was a pathetic hotel, as the staff does not really care about customer comfort. They do not clean room unless you tell them to do so, AC does not work properly and there's less ventilation inside. The staff told me he will provide me another room next day but that didn't really happen. It's located in a remote location in Jasola and literally there's no restaurants or any small hotel to eat. This hotel is an absolutely no go whether you are travelling ***** or family.
