Reception - very kind and helpful people. Always there to help you. Room - was neat and tidy, even the washroom was stainless and big room. Restaurant - they also provided room service. Quantity wise, it was a lot of quantity and very tasty. It was worth the price overall, i loved my stay there. I would love to stay here in the future.

Room was small but wasn’t a big problem as per expectations. Ac wasn’t working entire stay, which was disappointing. Some staff are courteous while certain ones need improvement in soft skills.

I stayed at the sentinel for 2 days. The title of the review summarizes my experience. Sharing some pros and cons based on the same below : pros: - very clean and hygienic rooms - room and housekeeping services are good - excellent location cons: - poor customer service attitude of the hotel manager - poor quality of buffet (breakfast) both in terms of the food quality and delays in service
