1. It varies by room, but only hot water comes out and it is not regulated, so you cannot shower with warm water. 2. The counter and on-site staff are friendly. The doorman is also friendly. 3. The location is not next to the airport. You have to go into the alley. 4. The biggest problem is that on the last day of my stay, they said the payment was canceled and demanded money. Of course, it was not canceled by 永安 and the partner company. However, the hotel manager demanded money very harshly, and no matter how much evidence was requested, they did not show it. 永安 went through mediation and said there was no problem, but the hotel continued to demand money while not allowing me to enter. After checking other reviews, it seems that this is not the first time this has happened to me. Be careful.. No, do not book here.

Close to the airport and metro station. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Paid 500Rs. to check in early after my flight arrived early morning, and they brought me breakfast. The food was good value and tasted delicious. Ceiling fan directly above the bed was well needed! Comfy bed

its was really wonderful and i loved the ambiance of the hotel. Food was awesome and rooms are really neat with good hospitality. AC was good, rooms was awesome and its a great place to stay again near T2 - Delhi Airport (IGI)

This Hotel doesn't exist at the given Address. Costes me a lot of money for extra taxi. Finally ended up somewhere downtown Delhi. The place is not safe. Went back to Aerocity Finally and thebtaxidrive put me in another Hotel. Also the elevate Hotel is not continental orientated. Everything they write on the website and booking platforms is fake about this Hotel.

Don’t be fooled this hotel is not a three minutes walk from the airport, I am not sure why they lied on their listing but it’s about 15 minutes drive away from the airport depending on traffic. Also, it’s not very clean so I’d say, save yourself the trouble in the book at a franchise hotel, like Hilton or Marriott, because the smaller hotels in India will have you in shock when you arrive.
