Fast check in, great rooms, friendly staff and prompt service and they have a cafe named seven seeds which has a great ambience and food is excellent

service was good ,prompt and excellent,only one problem which they fail to look into was that toilet's jet spray was continuously giving hot boiling water and even plumber called could not correct it.Rest was excellent

Rooms were very suffocative, and the category of rooms although didnt appear different at all. Services were prompt but food quality was not good.

The carpet in the room was dirty and wet. There was no curtain for window in the room. Couldn’t sleep well after sunrise. Bathroom had a lot of mosquitoes and insects. Room was poorly lit with a lot of room. The room was over priced for the value which it gave.

Money was stolen ( around rs 7000. No refund was given and no action was taken for the same. Poor hygiene of the rooms. Houseflies on food. Congested rooms. No response from make my 永安 and the hotel regarding the stolen money. Total loss of money, time and energy. Will never recommend.

In delhi, is hard to find decent hotels especially main places in south delhi side. It was clean, good service, location is also good.

Worst stay, i had ever in my life. These people don’t have basic amenities in the washroom as well as in room and the charge too much for that pathetic room. Even the breakfast is tasteless. At night, i asked for first a box and surprisingly they denied as they don’t have that. I request all the members and all the corporate person who are booking there. Please avoid this hotel.

My experience in SAGA hotel is not good, I have booked a room with my partner in which they don’t have double bed blanket they provide me a two single bed blanket, and they say we don’t have a double bed blanket and they joined a two single bed matrix to make a double bed and also when i call reception that i want regular cold water they say it’s not free , like seriously for regular cold water you charge a money ….!!!!
