I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering both comfort and convenience. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the Mr. Jitendra and Vishal. They were very helpful and attentive throughout my visit.

The stay at RoseMallow was excellent. the staff were very efficient and courteous. special thanks to Miss Kumkum from front office and Mr. Vishal from guest relations. looking forward for our next stay here.

The hotel was listed as a 4 star property, but it had the look and feel of cheap oyo rooms. Washroom was messy, room view was pathetic, curtains had stains, AC controller was not working properly and they did not change our room despite these issues. Too costly as per the amenities.

- reception dealing was not good. - the room did not look like a premium room. My room no. Was 102. - the landline did not work for 2 days despite multiple complaints and feedback. - it was not value for money. - the breakfast was below average. Not many options. Not properly cooked.
