Location good , food was unavailable, poor amenities and bad service i booked delux room but got a small room

It was very bad experience , room Ac not working and breakfast Venue is in a other hotel and last time change my room in is other Hotel

Situated in one of the serene areas of Delhi this hotel provides the utmost service quality and ambience. Polite and professional staffs, quick services and the design of the rooms are definitely to be admired at. The restaurants and food corners inside serve the most palatable dish thought of. Shopping malls , available within walking distance of the hotel. Metro too is 10 mins walk away .

First time female solo traveler here! I’m cautious but adventurous. I was instantly made comfortable by the silky Palace driver, Krishna, who picked me up from the airport. It was a seamless experience. The silky was so welcoming. It smells amazing throughout! I was warmly greeted and whisked away to my spacious suite. The entire staff was attentive without being invasive. The restaurants are among the best anywhere! Krishna fave me full tours of Taj Mahal, old Delhi, and New Delhi. He valued my safety and happiness above all else. This experience ranked above any 3 star hotel around the globe. Thank you to everyone at silky Palace! I will definitely return!

It's a great hotel, staff are very attentive and the service level is top notch, ankit the Food and beverage manager ensures everything is well looked after and goes the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. great hotel with amazing and real hospitality. highly recommended :because they go out of their way to help their guests. the food and the cleanliness is very good too. when there was an issue they immediately solved it. am impressed. also a big thank you for the cake.

AC पाणी टपक रहा था.. फॅन की स्पीड कंट्रोल नही था ... हँडवॉश नही था डेंटलऔर सेविंग नही थी जो की पॉलिसी मे लिखा हुवाथा..
