I book this hotel for one night to be near to the airport . Hotel is good but some issues like bug are in the room also AC IN MY ROOM WAS NOT WORKING SMOOTHLY . FOOD WAS DELICIOUS

The location is perfect – just a few minutes from the airport. Spacious, spotless rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast impressed with its wide variety and top quality. I was especially delighted by the immaculate, wonderfully comfortable bed linen and the labelled pillow selection for personalised comfort – so comfortable that you don’t even miss having a partner in bed. The service was always friendly, attentive, and courteous – a completely relaxed and pleasant stay.

Don’t be misled by the photos — they seem AI-generated or taken from elsewhere and look nothing like reality. The room was poorly maintained: red stains on the bedsheet, broken door lock, and overall uncleanliness. I honestly couldn’t find a single positive point. Not recommended at all.

please dont book based on the photos. worst hotel experiance. i booked based on th ephotos that hotel would be decent. but when i went there the hotel was really bad lift was not working , ac was not working , the staff was bad . there was a kind of smell. i got scammed by paying in advance. and once you tell them to cancel they refused.

多少の不便さは許容できる自分でも苦痛に感じるほどこのホテルは酷かった。ホテルは分かりにくいところにあり、看板すら出ていません。非常に不衞生でカビの臭いがする上に埃っぽいです。シャワーやトイレも不衞生です。　それでも無料Wi-Fiやエアコンがあるためマスク等をして寢ることが出來ると思いましたが、停電を繰り返しそれすら使えませんでした、給湯器も使えないため私は冷水シャワーを浴びて暑苦しく臭い部屋で寢ることになり、風邪をひきました。 なお朝食付きプランも選ばないでください、ビュッフェとは名ばかりでカレーが一つ、なんのようなものとパンが一つずつジャムが一つのみです。ハエも集っています。

Leider ist’s gar nicht wie auf dem Foto im Angebot.. es sind einfach indische Verhältnisse und in einer Seitenstraße, die nicht befahrbar war. Mein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster . Personal war freundlich. Es gab sogar ein frisches Handtuch und Toilettenpapier, aber für 14€ - alles okay.

最悪だった。エアコンあり、ファンありと書いてあり値段も高くないため予約したが、來てみたらエアコンもファンも壊れていて、鍵すらまともにかからない屋上の部屋に連れて行かれた。その上、ホテルスタッフは事あるごとにチップを要求してきて本當にうざかった。朝食も美味しくない。サクラのような口コミと寫真に騙されてここを予約する人がいなくなる事も願います。

It was bad look at this dirty pillow I couldn’t sleep there i left i also found a lady from Scotland i think complaining about the same thing the pictures online are not real its not their hotel the worst experience ever first impression 0 zeroo

They gave us 3 rooms on the rooftop. No power for at least 2hrs. Keep saying 10mins time it will be restored. Room was super cold with no heating Water heater and power outlet in some rooms doesn't work. Absolutely won't be back, and I suggest you look elsewhere. Gracious hotel nearby is good. Breakfast was so so. They served late. Only chai was served. Location of the hotel was in a back alley. Inconvenient. Path to reach was difficult to walk Service. Absolutely horrendous. Nor helpful until we threaten to leave and demand refund. Then they changed the rooms.
