Due to train issues we were delayed considerably to check in but they were very cooperative. Everything was smooth, rooms were clean and the extra beds we requested for were ready to use upon our check in. They also have a minimal menu available as well, which is quite convenient. Overall a good experience.

I recently stayed in one of the terrace suites at The Royal Oakes and was thoroughly impressed. The hospitality at The Royal Oakes was truly exceptional. The staff's warm and cordial behavior made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Their friendly interactions and genuine care created a sense of comfort and security, which is especially reassuring when traveling to a new place. The way they go above and beyond to assist guests makes the stay feel less like a hotel visit and more like a home away from home. Their attentiveness and professionalism are truly commendable, making this hotel a top choice for a pleasant and worry-free stay. Considering the prime location, the pricing was reasonable, offering excellent value for money. With only two terrace suites available, I highly recommend booking in advance to enjoy this exclusive accommodation.
