Reached 12 am hotel and they allocated me another worst hotel nearby..my booking was with south in hotel...they said South In have no license ...but no body updated this information...as i was already paid, and mid night, no other choice for me...the other hotel they given looks like a adjustment room with no proper facilities...dear booking team pls remove this hotel from ur list as they have no license to run..

Disturbance in ceiling fan needs to approve. Location i goo just walking from metro stations, staff contibution is good

Adequate room for solo traveller in a prime location with easy access. Bathroom was quite not clean with used tissue lying on the bathroom floor, although didn’t appear soiled. Mattress quality was good. No safety locker. Check in delayed for 1.5 hours. Room was not ready even at 12pm. Average room service. Room was on third floor. No lifts. And only vegetarian option for food. That too very limited and pricy with ok quality. But outside food delivery allowed. Overall average. It was a lovely stay. The hosts are very charming and welcoming. And the location of the homestay is also very good.

Dull lighting and very basic . Ac was not working . No one was picking up the phone at night when I wanted to get it fixed . Breakfast was mediocre . If u can invest a bit more then wud recommend skipping it and book a proper hotel instead
