Air conditioner and LCD were installed in the room but were not working. On complaining to the management they said that the room fare is less because the air conditioner does not work.

The room had cigarette fragrance and the electric kettle was not working. Also the mini fridge was neither clean nor working.

Overall experience has been great. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast spread is good. Late night check in was super fast and smooth. Staff are very friendly and attentive

Room and bathroom wasn’t clean, sink was broken, water glass were dirty. Only staff were nice.

Never stay at this hotel. Zero service. Mostly dnt pay for breakfast. They do not have breakfast buffet. They will just give you roti and parata on a dirty plates and cups amd serve you in d room. The staff roams with a kettle in his hand and goes on knocking the doors for the jea just like a railway station. This property is 1 star and doesnt meet the basic standard. The washroom had small cockroaches & we asked for a blanket and they gave us blanket with someone's trouser😥
