It was worst hotel I ever been to very smelly and filthy room with filthy furniture also bathrooms were dirty paid almost ₹3000 but it was not even worth for ₹1000 I left room in almost one hour after check-in , worst experience ever can’t expect these fraud hotels on 永安 location was even bad

It is difficult to reach this place from local transport as there are no clean walking roads. One hotel staff pestered me for drinks and charged 350 INR for the said drinks. It was way too expensive than other items in the menu. And he asked the money in cash rather than payment at counter. The taxi service the hotel booked also was not good - kept on pestering me to shop at particular location, eat at particular location, and very rigid with 永安 (I booked for 80kms 8 hrs at 2200 but he said it's touring 永安 and refused to take me to any mall in between).

今回宿泊したホテルは、非常に清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができました。お部屋はもちろんのこと、ロビーや廊下、バスルームなど、共用スペースも隅々まで丁寧に清掃されており、滯在中に不快に感じることは一切ありませんでした。ベッドリネンやタオルも清潔で、気持ちよく使用できました。スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧で、チェックイン・チェックアウトの手続きもスムーズでした。初めての利用でしたが、とても安心して滯在でき、満足しています。次回もぜひ利用したいホテルです。

A very bad experience with hotel Kian. room was not ready till 9 PM at night. I had to wait for an hour at reception to get my room. food quality is not good. they are not providing a GST invoice for your food bills. The receptionist behavior is very bad. I will suggest not to choose this hotel.

while doing checkin they didn't have room available and i had to wait for 45min because my room was given to someone and he was having dinner in room for 1 hour. And the room they gave was not the room which i booked so i went to ask them about poor and unhygienic room Even they charged high on cab booking telling of the given sedan swift they gave us a van for airport drop on time. As we were not having time to fight back and disturb our schedule we went by van.

Very terrible experience i booked through mm t and when i reached hotel for check in they said there is no room available the does not take mm t booking seriously like it doesn’t matter for them. They didn’t refund my money and told me to shift to another hotel that was not upto the mark not even 10% of the room that i booked.
