Neatness is there but it’s not like as it’s been seen in the picture.. bathroom is near but the shower is not proper. Water splashes apart from where we stand. Loved the amenities like swimming pool and bathroom near pool.. I think the TV was kept when the hotel was open..!! It’s that old..!!

Booked by make my 永安 but they had no awareness about booking and room was not ready also not given room as we booked. Fully hotel depends on japanese embassy. Food is 99. 99% japanese with service.

It was a good staying experience. A good hygiene and well maintained place a must to go location good for japanese peoples

The food menu is too limited options and unnecessarily costly. Looks as if the hotel is meant to serve japanese people only. The restaurant people do not understand english. Also the breakfast was poor. Importantly, they kept doughnuts in the spread (breakfast was complimentary) but they charged 150- for the doughnut. There was no way to understand that the doughnuts were chargeable! if so, they should not have been kept with the complimentary breakfast, in the first place ! very bad experience. I will not recommend it to anyone

The hotel has a very decent atmosphere, good food, and good rooms. I really enjoyed my stay there.

It took me to a different world altogether! the avalon is not just for japanese visitors, but anybody who spends a day or two here will be treated to an immersive feeling of japanese order. Also, the japanese restaurant is great!
