The accommodation at cp villa was very good, in terms of facilities, ambience, accessories and service. Location wise it's very close cp but yet very calm, as it's in by lanes away from typical hustle- bustle. Hot water, room heater were provided as per weather conditions. It's a bit lonely place and may be of some worry for lone stay. There's no power back up. But overall it gives a weekend house feeling with exclusive outdoor balcony, lawn with pleasant greenary around.

Nossa estadia foi boa. O quarto e a cama eram confortáveis. O café da manhã era modesto, mas muito gostoso. Sempre nos deram água engarrafada sem custos extras. A limpeza geral poderia ser melhorada. Fica localizada próximo ao Connaught Place, mas a vizinhança não parece muito segura.

The stay at this old property is not worth your money spent. Though it is at the heart of city, it is terribly isolated, surrounded by old locked mansions, dimly lit and smelling of dampness often found in old outdated houses. Being described as homestay, it should provide complentary breakfast and dinner and homely environment. One could get a good hotel room in half the amount. I don't recommend for tourists.

I found location on make my 永安 app. These property is nature base, calm and greenery in actual. Amenities are good, staff was supporting and much helpful also hospitlity in nature. Services in excellent.

जब भी हम दिल्ली आते है सबसे बड़ी समस्या ये होती है कि रुके कहाँ इतना ज़्यादा टैरिफ़ देने के बाद भी होटल मैं हाइजीन नहीं होता है। अपने बच्चे के लिए हमें बहुत परेशान होना पड़ता है। इस बार होटल ढूँढते हुए CP Villa पर नज़र गई। रिव्यू अच्छे थे तो हमने बुक कर लिया वहाँ हम रात में पहुँचे विपिन जी ने गेट ओपन किया और रात मैं भी मेरे बच्चे के लिए मिल्क अरेंज किया। मॉर्निंग का ब्रेक फ़ास्ट बहुत ही बेहतरीन था। आलू का पराठा और पोहा बनाने वाले भाई जी को ढेर सारा प्यार। हर वो चीज़ जो हम बड़े होटल मे मिस करते है जैसे बाथरूम के बाहर पावदान ना होना, पानी की छोटी छोटी दो बोटल दे देना, टीवी मे वाईफ़ाई नहीं चलना, और सबसे बड़ी बात कोई शिकायत करो तो सुनना नहीं ऐसी कोई भी दिक़्क़त हमें यहाँ नहीं हुई। हर छोटी से छोटी चीज़ों को ध्यान से ना केवल बनाया गया है बल्कि हर ज़रूरत का ध्यान रखा गया है। अब मुझे बहुत बुरा लगेगा अगर मेरे दिल्ली आने पर मुझे यहाँ बुकिंग नहीं मिली तो। ख़ैर सभी बड़े होटल को एक बार यहाँ आना चाहिए और इन लोगो से हॉस्पिटैलिटी सीखनी चाहिए बहुत बड़ा होटल बना कर बहुत बड़ा ब्रेकफास्ट दे देने से सर्विस नहीं होती बल्कि सर्विस देने से ही होती है जो यहाँ के सभी लोग के रहे है। मैं मेरी वाइफ और मेरी तीन साल की बेटी को cp villa बेहद पसंद आया और मैं सभी को कहूँगा जो हिन्दी समझ पा रहे है वो आँख बंद करके बुक कर लीजिए। धन्यवाद आप सभी को दिल से
