Location is good, food not good, poor service lift not available in premises room not like same as show in website electric cayley, hot water not available ac not working properly

"very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. I arrived on a bank holiday. Room basic but clean and comfortable.

I reached the residency and there was no one at the reception. After sometime i was taken to a guest house on the opposite side of the road which also belonged to the same owner/group. The room was not the one i choose and the furnishings were poor. The service was terrible and i would never book into the place again.

Unhygienic poor service i cant say about the foid beacuse i didn’t try but the washroom should be renovated

I was there because of some medical issues of my sister firstly i told them to give me a downstairs room because of the medical condition but they didn't do anything about it secondly it was my sister's birthday so i came downstairs asking for a matchstick the staff was drunk and misbehaved. Next morning i complained about it to the manager even he was so chill. I will never suggest such property to family. They ruined my sister's birthday and they were not even sorry about that. Never ever in my life i will go to such a terrible place.

It was pleasant stay, location is very convenient. You have lots of restaurants around for choice of food. Housekeeping and front desk needs improvements.
