Property was quite good but as per location the hotel is not overall good.Some amenities are not working

I had stayed for a stoppage in transit for a 1 day stay. the property is not good as it was shown in pictures. the same owner has 2 property. it has booked ticket of one property and stayed in other.

it was nice stay, thanks to the service provided by Kaisar Singh and staff. the staff is polite and helpful.

Hotel maintenance is not very good because Hotel is old nut Location, Staffs and food are excellent 👌 I love it

I was given a room on second floor, the lift/elevator is too small, it has a delayed and jerky start, the elevator's ****on for second floor doesn't shows light. The bathroom has a cracked wash basin, the wc fixing leaks, the exhaust fan stops on its own, there is no towel rail in the bathroom, it doesn't have anti skid tiles fixed. The room though spacious is often filled with bidi/cigarette smoke, the wooden furniture is very old and unmaintained, the telephone button board comes off the base plate, the tv remote had to be replaced, the tv though has number of channels, but the paid ones' do not have low or nil amount. The complementary breakfast has limited choice and insipid food, omlette is made to order but doesn't qualify for standard. The dining hall has very heavy chairs, is ill lit, the steel cutlery is suitable for some orphanage. The facilities like hot water kettle etc are not provided though shown in the offer. The customer gets a feeling. It is no value for money. It is place better to be avoided.

Very shabby and the price is very very high considering the quality of room & allied services & amenities of hotel

1- response on telephone is not at all welcoming. 2- no proper workforce for house keeping. 3- mattress are wared out, very uncomfortable to sleep on. 4- although breakfast was being served at 8.00am every day but on last day it was not ready because it was being made for a group who asked for it and on this day they has asked for it at 9.00 am this is ridiculous👿👎 totally non professional... 5- don't get impressed with the photos they have. One gets much better options at the rate they are selling there rooms 3k+.

Hotel staff behaviour is very bad. 2. Room cleaning service is not good 3. Room size is very small 4. In pictures on site room is different. 5. Room bedsheets is not hiegen

rooms where not good and upto the mark. the hotel is not good for couples but someone single just want to spend one night it's okay

Property location: is good as for travel you will get vechile easily food: if you book compliment food they hate to give it and they are looking only for money money money. Even you won't get complimentey water also they will charge for it. Amenities: i will put pictures of it and you judge with it. Services: horrible and drastic i won't go there here after i had booked till 5th checkout by 4th itself tried to ran away from the hotel as early as possible.
