I did not even go, as locating the Hotel was very difficult I am accompanied by my Mother & Son, we reserved the room for just few hours as we had Train to catch from New Delhi Railway station. I only trusted this hotel because it had MMT Review & good rating. The staff was not supportive when I called he was unable to guide, his response was without interest

rooms not cleaned and photos it’s have been from when it first opened a bit tired location is good but chaotic near station and market

The hotel is very close to New Delhi station. It is up a narrow-ish lane. There are some food places but they are like basic kind nearby. Hotel is basic and has bathroom. There is a small window for air in the room but no natural light. The staff are fantastic and professional. There is no lift but no one will ask for tips either so that was nice 🤣 After my stay I moved to different hotels nearby and discovered the service at this place is one of the best in the area. Every other hotel the staff were asking for tips- but not this one, so I have to say thank you ! And also there was no awkwardness with staff . So again I would recommend if you want to stay in this area. I will probably choose the hotel again for Paharganj area. Also because it is off the main street there is very little noise. Rickshaws are nearby at reasonable prices

Room is decent. Hotel is good is family rooms and servicing and foods and all safety his family this hotel staff and service and locations and respect is good also list office everything is good and and hotel is there locations and weather and the cleaning hygienic is the all family customer is a safety no problem everybody

Nice stay, value of money, hospitality good, rooms are quite neat and clean, lift is not available there. Overall nice stay spend 4 nights late checkin and early checkout available always thankz to mmt

extremely very bad experience as i was denied check in as the receptionist was passed out having drinks , worst staffs ever for an hotel like this , please never book this hotel as they wont refund the amount and denying checkin even after making full payment

Hotel staff is so rude and 3rd floor rooms with no lift, fan is so slow working in summer it is like hell, rooms are so so so small you enter it finished staff behaviour is so bad cannot explain in words so if you ever go never ever book this hotel

This hotel's room was moderate quality, service was also moderate, food was moderate. Everything was not according to price. It's price should be 1200- 1500 with food and breakfast. Mmt took more money and did not provide that level hotel to me.
