臨時訂2晚，因為AI 展覽房價高，CP值低 服務人員反覆說沒有訂房資料，又說有沒付錢，要另外收費，要小心詐騙另外的付費 房間的毛巾很髒，擦了皮膚癢 在印度房間隔音很差 房間只是照相好看，衞生沒有很好

Location is excellent and staff very helpful ,Cleanliness should be improve priority and when u have to shouwer with hit water you have to ask staff to switch on.

Hotel was average. No backup for electricity. Had to stay without Electricity/AC for a prolonged time. Hot water not available 24 hrs... Had to call the reception every morning to get hot water. After heavy rain water was leaking inside the hotel & everywhere on the stairs. Poor interior management for rain water. Not very happy with Bedsheet & Blanket cleanliness. I doubt whether it is cleaned everyday or not. Substandard bathing soap. Cockroaches roaming freely inside the room after lights are out. Very poor pest control. Furniture was damaged and not properly maintained. Some bad odour was there in the almirah as well. Drinking water was served on asking rather than serving daily. Poor maintaince of Tea bag tray. Packets seemed to have been kept there from a long time with dust accumulated on it. Shower leaking after opening tap water. Poor communication skills of the staff.

No disturbance. Courteous staff. Welcoming. Closer to connaught place so u can go around and explore.

The hotel staff is good, but the room is not as per the price they charge. too much costly as per the price point. also dining hotel is not available.

We had chosen this hotel because we were going to an event. When we booked the hotel, the photos were coming out really good so we thought it was okay because their charges were also good, they were charging . But when we entered the hotel, it was completely rubbish. When I entered the room, people were already . The room that was allotted to me, there was nothing in the name of cleanliness in that room. Even a dustbin was not available in the washroom. Neither were we given slippers and apart from this, there was no hand wash, only soap was there. Nothing was available. Even the staff who came to drop me to the room was asking me if I would take alcohol or not at night.
