it was great place and cost effective. as a solo female traveller i felt the place was very safe, it had a homey feel and the food was good too. the hosts and staff members were really nice too. everything was clean and its in a good location close to the gk market. i liked that they allowed outside food which can be a hassle in some hotels/ stays. it was truly home away from home, 10/10

this is a pathetic property. looks good in pics but far from good. dirty. old. unpainted. plaster peeling from walls. dirty curtains. garbage bins overflowing.

Property was not good at all the room were to bad, and the toilet seat was broken All over a really bad experience We didn’t we utilise our complete stay we took another hotel and left the property within 2-3 hours

My stay at bed and chi hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment i arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff stood out. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and elegantly designed, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Good, safe and helpful. Price is good, room was spacious. There is a nice rooftop. And you can find a cafe just downstairs where you can eat and work on the laptop.

The place is on an elite premises with many hospitals and apartments close by. It's 1.1 km to the Kailash Colony metro to be precise. The room is cramped and a small living space just if you want to sleep for the night. moving around in the room is difficult. The bathroom is also cramped and hardly has a place to keep your toiletries . I paid around 1300 for the room per night and the bathroom was outside. Felt a little uneasy to use the washroom walking in front of the guests and desk. overall an average stay

My client didn't visited the hotel due medical emergency I had a booking from 18 th to 20 th feb n you PPL didn't cancelled it n neither generated the refund iwant my refund and immediately won't never tell or recommending anyone to use your app
