Treebo 雙樹 (Treebo Twin Tree)

first of all, food service is very slow, we have to wait approx 40-45 minutes for every order. first impression was so worst that they took 45 minutes to serve tea. After waiting for so much time, everyone expect a good taste but taste was not upto the mark. before check-in, they confirmed that they can take order till 10pm but kitchen was closed before half an hour without any prior intimation, even after multiple requests they were not agree to take any food order lights of room was blinking, AC not working there might some electricity issue in hotel which was fixed later in next morning 5:30am Even after this disaster service, breakfast was not ready in morning, breakfast timing was 8:30, we waited till 9am then they suddenly said they are unable to serv breakfast. when i raised a complaint at receiption, they served mid-cooked sandwich with tea

Hotel is in very poor condition all interior very old and very dirty,rat's playing inside the room, bad smell inside the room totally experiences terrible 😢

No attendant for breakfast, No fruits, just parathas & aloo subji, no one for even salt, I am an Architect, designed good hotels but this was really hopeless, Advising your platform to cross check periodically of all your affiliated hotels, Else your platform will lose own credentials,

All goods but service is not maintained And your commitment is very bad Please maintain the service on time

Poor Mattress on the bed, Seepage smell and food was super BAD, washrooms has no exhaust system,

Worst experience the ac was kot working when i make a complaints to the staff they were sating to change the room from deluxe to standard even water was not offered . Reception doesn’t receive any calls staffs doesn’t listen to us terrible stay

The overall experience was really good specially the property as as shown in the pictures and the amenities provided,will surely recommen

staff behavious is worst,i am so upset with manager. he is so arrogant and dont co operate when i say to change my room because AC is not working

It was a comfortable stay, hotel is clean and hygienic, the staff is welcoming! Overall a good experience! Would recommend this place for a short work 永安!

room was not worth very bad never will go there again no breakfast was included had to check out early
