This hotel was meh. The "free" breakfast they serve was very basic and so few choices. The receptionist guy who greeted us was kind of rude. He was demanding we leave our passports with him so he can photocopy it but the machine was broken so he's saying to leave our passports with them. Of course, we refused and told them to just let us know once the machine is ready. Our room was ok with exception of the water heater which was not turned on. There were no instructions on how to to turn it on and we called reception several times for assistance and they only showed up after an hour. They finally showed us how to turn the heat on. It was tricky as there were no labels on the switch. It should've been turned on before we checked in since the weather was really cold.

great hotel i always stay in this hotel ....every month i go delhi and stay here for 3 days.there reception staff is very good they always give me early chk in and food and location is ultimate.

Location was bang on ring road and the room was clean and neat. The staff were also very caring to make sure to serve our breakfast before the kitchen was as closed when we were late. Enjoyed our stay

There were cockroaches and bedbugs in room, breakfast was very limited and not so good. Dental kit and bath kits were local market made not provided even colgate of INR5. but we wasted 5500.

Location is okay, for single occupancy checking need to assign the room accordingly ie allocated 2 beds with small sizes and it should be king size for comfortable sleep.

Location is on ring road, so easy to reach but noisy at night. Hotel is average and room size is smaller than expected and mentioned, not more than 130 sq ft. Basic amenities like slippers for washroom not available. washroom's walls were dirty as if somebody had spit paan masala, charging plugs were oddly located, Wardrobe was miniscule. Food was average and price was high. Noise of other guests arriving late at night and the hotel staff's chatter made sleeping impossible on first night. For the value provided, this should not have cost more than ₹2000-2500 and ₹5000 per night seems unjustified.

Comfortable good rooms, clean spacious and good food with central distance is what one needs when in a different city. Got it all. Great place to stay.

My daughter got stuck into the lift for almost 15 min. There were no signs of urgency from any of the member of the hotel. The house keeping would not change the linen until it was requested. The food was not at all good. I had booked the hotel after viewing the reviews but i m sorry to say that the reviews must have to be revisited. It is not as it has been portrayed in the review.
