Hotel is very deep in the street difficult to reach for main street, lot of dog who are ready for you in early morning. Multiple hotel of same name so you have to ask which one is original.

отель дешевый, нельзя ожидать чего-то выдающегося. даже понимая это, отель мне показался неуютным. аэропорт рядом, но например такси вызвать оказалось непросто - таксисты не хотят / не могут ехать внутрь дворов. номер довольно большой, но белье не очень, ванная грустная, вид из окна на стройку.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Flughafen. Leider rieht es in den Räumen sehr stark, sodass am nächsten Morgen unser ganzes Gepäck nach diesem Geruch gestunken hat . Die Rezeption wollte uns kein neues Zimmer geben, mit der Begründung, das es ja überall so riechen würde. Zudem waren die Handtücher mit Flecken übersäht und der Wechselkurs in dem Hotel für Geld ist äußerst schlecht . In Zukunft würde ich das Hotel bei einem erneuten Transit meiden, jedoch ist an der Lage sowie Preis nicht auszusetzen

Room was spacious. Cleanliness average. On check in, receptionist not very informative, did not really speak much. Quite a distance from main road. But overall, not bad for a 1 night stay if you have a flight the next day.

評判通りとても綺麗なホテルで安心しました。 夜遅くのチェックインでしたが快く受け入れてくれて、とても信頼できるホテルです。 デリー空港近くの宿お探しの方はおすすめできます！！ The hotel was just as highly rated — very clean and I felt completely at ease during my stay. Even though I checked in late at night, they warmly welcomed me, which made the hotel feel very trustworthy and reliable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation near Delhi Airport!

i have extended my stay in this hotel for more than 4 nights. i extend day by day because i am really certify with check in. service, cleanliness and room. basic facilities are provided including slipper. most importantly. hot water is available during winter season in new delhi. i hope there will be no problem during my check out. the hotel manager and staff are ok and friendly. from hotel to delhi aerocity train station is only 10 mins walk. very easy to go the city by train cost rupee 54 then i bought smart card for using all metr lines except airport line with the cost rupee290 per day.

front desk Anil has no sense of customer service was rude and uncooperative. whereas the mid ite shift front desk was the opposite courteuos and helpful hence Anil's behaviour will cause harm to the business of Olivia unless he improves on his attitude. for the 3 nites i was there not once they cleaned or changed bedsheets etc and when i arrived the tv remote was not there when requested Anil sent someone to turn on manually from thr back of tv and when i went down yk the desk and insisted he passed me a remote this is an absolute disgrace !
