The hotel is on a busy market street so taxicars sometimes don't want to go. It's a 5 minute walk to where they prefer to drop you. It was quiet in the room, and comfortable. Bed, shower, all fine. Some of the staff was friendly and helpful (porters, cleaners, watchmen) but others, such as the boss of the tour operator/travel agency desk, offer lousy customer service.

o bairro é bem hostil e não me passou segurança. Qualquer pessoa pode entrar no hotel, não existe um controle de entrada. Os funcionários dormem ali na recepção. Os quartos eram grandes, e os lençóis estavam limpos. Mas tudo estava bem empoeirado.

Grand Uddhav offers exceptional services and experience which doesn’t burn your pockets. The cleanliness was top notch, the behaviour of every staff was excellent and very professional. We had a very early morning checkout, but they were prompt to help us with our luggage and completed all the formalities quickly. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities. Just go for this hotel without second thoughts ☺️

I reached the hotel in the early hours, the receptionist in the early hours was not in a state to speak politely and was reluctant to talk to me. I just requested him for room in the early as i was with my family. He just ignored my request and said if u want room, pay extra amount other than the amount i paid while booking the hotel room, if not leave. Though the rooms were vacant, he has not allotted the room wantedly. I stayed in the hotel lounge and showed us the common bathroom in the parking to freshup. Later, i was allotted room around 10.30 after waiting for 4 hours. The television is not working in the room. Except the person in the early hours, all other staff were polite. Because of some persons, the whole Hotel staff will get bad name

Very basic hotel, ideal for people using it for transit. Kitchen is outside hotel and is very shabby, if you see kitchen then you will definitely not order food from the restaurant.

Experience was not great. Geyser water heater was not working all the time, also the condition of the washroom was not good, the water was blocked in the wash basin. Overall not a good experience l.
