Very clean rooms, the location is great, the staff was very helpful, kind and nice and they serve different breakfast every day (some food is very tasty other could improve but you can enjoy it anyway) We would definitely book this hotel again if we go to Delhi.. Thanks A so much!

I paid in full at 永安 at discounted rate of Rs 600 per day. During checkin, I was asked to pay another Rs 600/day if not they would not accept me. I had no choice but to pay. Typical bait and switch scam. My stay was for three weeks, i stayed for a week and left. Breakfast is not included, horrible stench from bathroom, they would cut off ac on purpose everyday and multiple tines a day, dusty, too much traffic and constant horn blows all day to late night.

I would say not to book this hotel. Because what was there when I booked was not fulfilled in any way. The room is not cleaned. The condition of the wash room is very bad. The staff is not willing to help in any way. Rating 0/10

Unless you can tolerate the massive constant traffic noise from the busy street and can put up with walking up rhe stairs then this is not the hotel you want to be in. Dont believe in hotel websites photos. dont expect any service from reception staff too

Reception person roude no breakfast advice buy from shop out side room dirty and bad smell had a very bad experience never again surprised how 永安 promotes this type of hotel so called out side says bed and breakfast which is not available before 8am paid charges for that and not even provide the cup of tea bloody rubbish place I demand my refund.why should I trust 永安 and book through them paying in sterling for a very cheap and rubbish bed and breakfast stating 3star hotel what a bulsit very disappointing in 永安 even I had the app on my phone not anymore thanks for advertising poor quality b and b as 3star hotel very disappointing could go on about this place maybe waist of my time

There is nothing good about this hotel. Dirty, stinky, also the one of the receptionists so warmth. Never repeat again this hotel and surely highly not recemonded..
