I recently stayed at this hotel after booking through MakeMy永安, and my experience was disappointing.
The standard room size was too small, making the stay uncomfortable.
Even basic services were very poor — I had ordered a water bottle through room service, and it took more than 1.5 hours for them to deliver it, which is unacceptable.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and would not recommend this hotel to others

very poor service, very expensive and third quality taste, I have never stayed in a worse hotel than this. very worst feeling very cheap and costly

Room allotted was having problem of non operating intercom, but was resolved by the staff immediately by changing our room to available best room. So our stay was then excellent. Very good aminities. Very near location to terminal 1 igi airport, just 5 min walk. Food was also very good with quality hygiene condition and very good services and cooperative staff.

Rude staff room congested durty washroom extra plate charges 118 water boteel 100 rs ac not properer working used towel provided

1. Rooms are small, with no basic facilities. 2. No drinking water bottles were available. 3. Tooth brush, tooth paste and shaving kit not provided. 4. Cost of the food are on much higher side. Cost of masala dosa was 440 + tax. 5. Water bottle @ 90 plus taxes. 6. No wardrobe charges were as per the airport but not the facilities.
