My overall experience at the hotel was good. The staff was very polite and helpful, the room was clean, and the service was fast. However, I did face a water issue — when I entered the washroom, there was no water available for bathing, which was quite inconvenient. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory

Room was neat and clean, staff was supportive, and the food was extremely satisfying. The washroom could have been paid more attention while preparing the room.

I did not stay at this place. Poor hygiene and broken doors and dirty curtains and stained bedsheets and poor dining area. Please refund my booking. I had a word with the manager there “abhishek” he said raise refund and he will approve. I tried calling customer care with no response from “make my 永安” team. Please take action and respond. Thanks
