房間比較小，以前都是住帝國酒店，這家設施和服務都明顯差了一個檔次，而且門口長期有一個看報紙的騙子，我們一出門打車，就會過來各種套路我們。把我們叫的車趕走，一定要我們去一個購物點。如果衹是轉機還不如直接住機場附近的酒店。

可能是因為酒店太舊了，儘管香格里拉是一個很好的酒店，但是進入大堂一股難聞的味道撲鼻而來，特別是房間是一股發黴的味道和一股難聞的味道在一起。雖然酒店客氣的給我搬來了空氣清潔機器是毫無用處，原定的旅行行程因為味道太大，難於續住提早離了酒店。

セキュリティがしっかりしていて初めてのインド旅行でも安心して宿泊できました。部屋は少し狹めではあるものの、窓も大きく開放感があります。朝食もシャングリラクオリティで、インドではなかなか食べれないポークソーセージもあります。楽しみにしていたプールが改裝中で利用できなかったのが少し殘念でした。

OMG! This is probably the best hotel I stayed in such a long time. And I stay in a lot of different hotels regularly! The price is unbelievable when compared with the facilities , the service, the fantastic (absolutely fantastic) personnel and the food options. The room was excellent and breakfast was superb (the amount of options and the variety is really crazy. And the quality is hardly seen in a hotel this days). I recommend this hotel from top to bottom. And I will certainly be looking to stay with them again if I have the chance.

Review: I stayed at the hotel for one night on 28th June with my partner. Unfortunately, during my stay, I was on my period and ended up staining the bedsheets and pillows. I completely understand that there may be charges for the damage, and I was willing to take responsibility for it. However, what truly disappointed me was the way the hotel staff at the reception handled the situation. I did not feel treated with respect or empathy. Instead of addressing the matter with understanding or discretion, the interaction left me feeling deeply embarrassed like I had made a huge mistake just for experiencing something natural. Hospitality is not just about managing rooms; it’s about how you treat your guests in uncomfortable moments too. I genuinely hope the hotel team can be more sensitive and respectful in the future.

老牌酒店，在德里的核心地段，離德里印度門很近，服務態度好，酒店工作人員還親自帶着我去ATM機取現，早餐很豐富，唯一不足的擔保金未能及時退，不過永安還是幫解決掉了

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏
