Rahul did excellent job to accommodate our needs and help us situated and tried his best to help us. Kitchen staff can improve and needs help.

It’s a very old property and there are no straight pin charging points, we asked for an adapter which was promised to be sent to the room but never sent and we rechecked again the staff said no more adapters with them. aAc was not cooling, since we were only staying one night so we didn’t bother..it’s. Kind of a motel rather than a hotel. For the value it was not worth staying there except for the location near CP. I wouldn’t normally stay there again. They need to improve their cleanliness and services..

1 st day bathroom sink and shower clogged change room brown color water is coming from faucet. How you give the star. I am looking for another hotel tonight. So please call me and find me the hotels tomorrow.

Buen hotel con personal muy atento. La ubicación bien a unos 600m del metro. La habitación espaciosa aunque las instalaciones no son nuevas. De todas maneras todo funciona bien. La ducha caliente y caudalosa, baño bien equipado. La limpieza está bien para los estándares del lugar. El desayuno abundante, muchos platos de comida India pero también con opción de desayuno continental. El staff muy servicial.

I stayed 2 nights. The hotel facilities weren't the best, but they were clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was good and the staffs in front desk(Pinky, Vijay, Pritilea) and in restaurant were friendly. I made a reservation with breakfast included, and the breakfast was good. If you are not very sensitive, I recommend it for the price.

I stayed 2 nights. The hotel facilities weren't the best, but they were clean, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable.
