Hair in food during the breakfast, smelly washrooms, old and uncleaned linen, delay in check-in (were told to wait), no complementary welcome drink, uncourteous staff at the reception (look grumpy and over strained staff). Pathetic for money. Not worth and not good for any future stay and not recommending to ANYONE.

The hotel staff's response is too poor This is a hotel reservation for customers on a business 永安 to our company, but if they don't answer the phone, they hang up in the middle. It's not a 5-star hotel service. I'm very disappointed

Good location, friendly staff. Everything was excellent except the aircon in my room that didn't go below 21.5 degrees. But I never complained so it wasn't fixed. The hotel even gave me a change for the currency whenever needed. Uber pickup is right outside the main door, so was very convenient. All big malls are right next door.
