酒店外表比較華麗，不過挺舊的酒店，房間不大，門卡不好用。床單上有污斑，住了3天。每天衹打掃房間，沒換床單，展會期間價格很貴。早飯有餅。

Hotel need much upgrading since my last 永安 in 2016. I needed to replace my Door cards everyday 😡 worst when you’re tired after a busy day. This is an issue with many clients as I overhead them at the check in counter.

Hotel needs to focus and improve on their sound proofing of the rooms. Could clearly hear the next door room individual speaking on his phone and the songs played from the room. You can opt for the little more minimalistic designed rooms, view the rooms before staying in. Overall the room was clean and nice. Aman is very helpful on the reg. counter

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at hotel royal plaza  . The staff was very helpful professional and welcoming , making sure every details was telemetry care of I would Esparza like to mention Shania who was extremely helpful kind and attentive thoroughly my stay her warm hospitality and support made the experience even more memorable

1. The amount paid for the room is not appropriate for the price paid. 2. The cleanliness of the room is not as clean as it should be. The chair covers are very old and torn. 3. The refrigerator is not cold and is very old. 4. The safe cannot be locked because the battery in the safe does not have a battery. 5. When delivering the room to the customer, the staff should check the cleanliness, completeness of the appliances such as the refrigerator, safe, and bedroom to see if they are ready for use. The room is quite old and not worth the price paid at 3,600 baht per night.

Worst hotel with overpriced rooms and lowest level of service. - worst cleanliness, bedsheets and pillows are stained with yellow spots. - Mould everywhere in toilet - If you ask them to check little early if you arrive early they will ask for money. - If you have booked room in hotel and want to do meeting in quiet meeting room they will either ask to do in lobby or pay money for meeting room. Not recommend to waste money in this hotel.
