No Towels in the room . Requested several time but not the Food menu last order was till 10.30 pm but they shut there kitchen at 9.30 pm.

The pillows were not comfortable. The shower gel was bad. The shower was not at all good. The overall experience was okay. The food was really great. The room is not worth the price taken. The location is good.

Our stay was really comfortable. The breakfast spread is very homely. The staff is so polite and sweet, they looked after us like how family and friends would. Truly one of the best stays i’ve had in a while.

The first room i was put in when i arrived was horrible. Dirty floor, stained linen, towels had yellow stains walls were all crusting off, the shower pipe was all rusty and the bathroom itself was disgusting. Rooms are very small. Bedsheets stain and dirty. Not up to the mark. Mattress is too hard to sleep and pillows case is look like a old. Toiletries only soap and shampoo. Dettol handwash with water mix. Tea was dirty and some garbage in the wardrobe. When i go for reception for complaint about these thing reception person tell that room is not ready.

Previously stayed 2-3 times here. Great location and connectivity. Very safe. Food was not as expected in taste and variety this rime

Had some initial check in problem. The property was unable to find my reservation on their portal. Got resolved with an apology from the manager. Rooms are decent in size, comfortable beds, very good staff. Quality of the food was good. Location of the property is superb with adequate covered parking space.

The place was extremely shady. Didnt stay there. Left in 5 minutes. Have raised request for refund also on 19th only on the app which is yet to be resolved.

It was an average stay, ac doesn't work properly, hair dryer doesn't work, no dental kits. But the support staff was good they are very responsive, in room dining is good.

We booked two rooms for two nights. I don’t know how this hotel is rated for 4 stars. May be it was 4 stars quality couple of years back. It’s now a very ordinary hotel with poor management. They could not give us the room keys on day of check in. My room lock was not locking the door. So, I had to go for breakfast without locking the door. Next day they switched me to other room where toilet exhaust fan was not working. In the other room, toilet flush was not working properly. The kitchen size restaurant had AC leaking water. Overall experience was very poor. I wish they would improve their quality of services.
