Spacious and clean rooms, perfect location close to central delhi. Kind staff and prompt. Breakfast also was good

Rooms are nice and clean etc Food is average But but but.... One of the hallmarks of India is the constant honking in traffic where almost everyone honks . This hotel is, however, isolated from this noise But... but... but... The hotel is right next to a railway station& apart from the noise of the announcements, the trains honk so loudly and in such a long blast that , a few times, I thought that the Wolrd War 3 had finally started and these sounds were the sirens I didn't manage to sleep well at all. The jarring sound of the trains ruined my sleep & I am habitually a sound sleeper If you are sensitive to loud infernal noises when sleeping, best is to totally avoid this hotel

The initial room was extremely bad - the ac did not work and the fan was very loud. The exhaust also did not work and it got really hot. A lot of things were damaged in the room and we eventually had to change the room. The hotel never once apologised for the issue or even talk about it.

1. Courteous staff 2. 24 hours hot water 3. Very good location in center of city one issue is that the train line behind the hotel may disturb sleep. If you plan to freshen up in hotel and spend remaining time sightseeing delhi, this hotel is perfect. . Good hotel with appropriate location for sightseeing and short visit purpose. The staffs are courteous and responsive. There is a train line behind the hotel, which may disturb sleep for few.

Nicely located in very prime area of new delhi. Full marks for location. Rooms are knit and clean. Room service also very fast. And they are polite to. Only the problem is bathroom wash basins are choking up.
