Very bad experience in room , bathroom don’t have shower fountain, tap water but no bucket  I haven’t expect this after seeing their picture on website  Rooms entire decoration very old just kept new sofa

Hotel cleanliness and hygiene is big concern, it's very pathetic. Low quality food with high price. Some staffs are good but the service is very poor. We have to remained the all the time. Please ask them to keep their property clean and maintained. We were in their b block. Even the lift is not maintained well. In future will keep this in mind.

The hotel building itself is grand and well decorated with lighting, but rooms are very old, so the fittings in the bathroom are not fully functional and rusted. The rest of the room was extremely spacious and well furnished but the bathroom was very poor. Service was excellent, staff was very welcoming and available for all help.
