Its a good hotel. Location is quite good rite in the middle of Delhi. Quite and clean as well. Staff was helpful and very courteous. Breakfast was decent for the price they charge. Can have bit more healthier options. Vakue for money

We requested an early check-in, which was not possible, and we understand that. However, I sent 3-4 emails and called the hotel multiple times with no response.  Upon our arrival at the hotel, there was no greeting; the staff simply informed us that they were fully booked and could not provide us with a room at that time.  Eventually, we were allocated a room before the official check-in time, but the staff member informed us that breakfast was not included. Why? Because we were checking in early, despite having paid for our stay.  While other guests were greeted with "Good morning, sir" and "Happy Independence Day," we received no acknowledgement whatsoever.  In our room, all the toiletries were empty—there was no body wash or shower gel. We ordered tea, which took 23 minutes to arrive, and only after we called twice to follow up.  I will never recommend this particular Park Inn Radisson hotel to anyone, and I will not be booking there again.  For your reference, our room number was 204.
