日星居住酒店 (Hotel Sunstar Residency)

Ну как вам сказать, друзья. Учитывая, какой это город и район, и какая была цена у номера, наверное отель норм. Плюсы. С фотографиями совпадает по интерьеру, но не совпадает по опрятности. Персонал отзывчивый - при заселении встретили глубокой ночью, при выселении сохранили багаж, все были вежливые. Очень тихо ночью - нет звуков ни с улицы, ни из соседних номеров. Окно было, выходило на улицу, хотя по фоткам предполагали, что окна особо нет. Расположение неплохое - до метро 10-15 мин, район оживленный, местные тусуются, рядом есть ларьки с едой, фрукты, мороженое, кофейня, кафе. Но все в индийском стиле, не современные места. Минусы. Есть тараканы! Номер потрепанный, уже давно разваливается, и скоро развалится совсем. Хоть мебель и красивая, спору нет, дерево ручной работы. Холодильник раз в 10 минут включается и сильно трещит, ночью очень мешает спать. В ванной что то текло, но на это уже не обращали внимания. За 5 ночей уже надоели все эти минусы. Но в целом не ужасно.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good amenities provided. The food was tasty and had decent variety. Staff were courteous and prompt in their service. Overall, a great experience. Giving it 4 out of 5 stars!

Hotel booking was easily accessible. I reached the hotel at about 1300 hrs. All helping staff except receptionist were away on lunch so i had to bring my luggage from cab to the hotel reception. Then two of the boys were called to drop my luggage to the room. Upon enquiring them about the tea, i was told that it will take minimum 30 minutes to get the tea, so i left without having a tea. Water was continuously flowing in the flash, when flash liver pressed the water was coming out through liver

Around 30 mints cab distance from the railway station of new delhi. Big size room and queen size bed were few plus points for us. Food served was good. Overall had a decent experience.

Hotel was hardly maintained. Everything was worn out and dusty. Sofas had holes, floor unclean, bathroom unclean, balcony and curtains dusty. Total disappointment.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The accommodations were comfortable, and the service was excellent. It's not only affordable but also conveniently located, making it a great option for budget-conscious travelers. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and cost-effective stay. Even all the hotel staff were incredibly polite and well-mannered. Honestly, i would love to visit again!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful Mr Nitin receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean

They show us something in the pictures and give different rooms. This is wrong. Am totally unhappy with my experience. I won't recommend dis hotel to anyone else also.
