Would have given 5 Star if the hotel had Hot water supply. Great location, clean rooms, good ambience but had to take bath with cold water even after informing the desk. At this price point hot water for bath is basic inclusion.

There was no parking for the car. Room was smelling. Ac was not working so there was no ventilation. Bed kept making sounds could not sleep for even 1 minute. Washroom was too small couldn’t even shower well. I had asked for a better room but they said this is the only room. I will write a review about the property soon. Experience was do bad that you expect me to click pictures of the property

Staff was rude & disinterested in being hospitable but the rooms, food, location and facilities are excellent. If you don't plan on being in room much, it's worth it.

Terrible experience staying here. Overpriced. Small and suffocating room. No ventilation at all. Manager and housekeeper will keep spying on you. They will monitor the time you are leaving hotel room. They will also monitor the time you will come in. Dirty bathroom will a lot of seepage.

Quite an average experience given the price and for a hotel that claims to be 4 star. Broken garbage can in bathroom, towel for bathroom doormat, cracks and paint falling off the walls, and ac looks very old. The service was excellent, nice and helpful staff.

The services provided are not in consonance with room tarrif. Breakfast was terrible. The hotel must compare it's breakfast with its peers. It offers 10 percent what it's peers are providing. Breakfast menu exhibits 4 items and even all were not available.
