Pathetic staff & poor conditions. Did not even provided my room key/card. On questioning instead of giving explanations started a heated argument and asked us to complain whenever we want either or Police.

Against 2 nos. Of booked suits with bathtub, they gave only 1 bad smoke smell room and it was after lots of debet. The other room was very bad in which flush was not working and we have to bath in nearby other person's room. Please give money back. The manager told that you cancel l your booking from mm t we shall not provide the suits which you have booked.

It’s was great stay and hospitality by the staff was also great. Would you please arrange to send me the bill from hotel for my stay.

The hotel did not feel safe for a single lady traveler. There was no hot water for bath. The bedsheets were dirty and the pillows did not have pillow covers. I was not handed over the room key even after handing me over the room. The room’s and bathroom’s condition was horrible.

It appears to be an older property, suitable as a last-resort option for an overnight stay in the area. The place seems to lack sufficient manpower. I used it primarily for a night’s nap and to freshen up. With a bit more warmth and better-trained staff, it could be improved. Overall, no major complaints.

Reception staff is very rudely talking, no clean, no towel in the toilet, phone is not working, each and every thing we have to go down and inform the reception, even they don't have key for door, we have to call their mobile to open the door, very bad experience

When i called property before travel date about early check in they said yes we will support but when i reached they asked money and i had to pay to check in.

Good localaty nice place room service was not soo good. Average service and cleanliness. Some of the leftover cloths from last stayed peopel were found hanging in the bathroom
