My check-in time was scheduled for 2 pm, but due to my flight reaching delhi at 11 pm, i tried to inform the property about my late arrival. The contact number provided in the booking receipt was not in use, and makemy永安 was also unable to reach the property to communicate my situation. When i finally arrived at the hotel around midnight, i was told that no rooms were available. The hotel receptionist then took me to another property a kilometer away. Considering the late hour and the unfamiliarity of the area, this was a distressing experience. This is the second time i have faced such issues in the mahipalpur area. The lack of coordination between makemy永安 and the listed properties, coupled with the unavailability of valid contact numbers, makes this feel like a recurring scam. Such negligence puts customers in uncomfortable and potentially unsafe situations. the stray was comfortable the taxi offered by the hotel, turned out to be different as he asked more than the decided amount half the way he said i want ₹70 more as i was getting late for the airport, i agreed and paid the excess amount

Good stay good location good room nice service

The hotel is very dirty and the staff was very rude. They were fighting whole night we couldn't sleep at night we had flight early morning with small kids.

Couldn't sleep due to the strange sound. No toiletries in the room. The towel provided was dirty. Breakfast was ok.

Kitchen crew banging pots and carrying on next to my room till 1:00 morning young indian boy barges into my room trying to tell me something. Was in hindi. I think he wanted my plates i had on my table to clean. This was 11 at night. Yes 23:00 hours. Then an hour later after i lock door he is knocking. I report in person to desk. He says no issue sir. I have stayed here many years. No more!

Location: too crowded and noisy area. Amenities: needs a lot of renovation, rooms like the old style are not worth the money. Food: food quality is good. Services: they took 2 hours to assign me a room when i booked it in advance. They try to give you a room first. Look at the pictures carefully.

Low maintenance and unprofessional behaviour. Overly charged rooms not even soundproof room there was not a single window in the rooms

Horrible 1. Room was not clean 2. Geyser was not in a working condition 3. Bathroom door was not locking properly 4. Toilet top was in broken condition 5. Intercom was worked to contact reception 6. No bright lights in the room 7. Responses were in a rude manner in reception 8 totally the residency was worst wl never re-command to anyone
