The hotel was decent but nothing exceptional. The rooms were clean but lacked charm, and the amenities were basic. Service was polite, and the food was just okay. The location was convenient, but overall, it felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. An average stay, neither great nor terrible.

hotel management seems not Serious towards customers satisfaction. breakfast time beyond 8:30 am, dinner time till 9:30. very limited breakfast items e.g., poha and tea at 400 rupees

The hotel staff is extremely unprofessional and argumentative over every small issue. Basic amenities, such as drinking water, are not provided, making the stay highly unpleasant. It has been a terrible experience overall.

Great location but poorly maintained property, attitude of staff could be better. Corridors smell of alcohol during evenings, you have to ask for hot water. You get free dose of passive smoking in your room if someone is smoking in side room.

Terrible hotel, no hot water, no proper break fast, pathetic service, very arrogant staff and worst experience in my entire 30 years hotel stay worldwide, will never stay in this hotel in life time
