Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The people doesn't bother about cleanliness, services, toiletries etc. Wifi didn't worked, no response to calls, no towel, rooms are clumsy, too many mosquitoes. Big NO NO to Tar Hotel

I stayed in this room recently, and unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations - room was smaller than expected - limited storage space - bathroom amenities were basic - noisy air conditioning unit - room decor was outdated

In my whole life this was the worst hotel for staying for family person in this hotel what the things they should not be in the room they were present housefly mosquito and the rat in the hotel the things that should be present continuously was not present no tv no wi-fi and interrupted water supply in the bathroom regarding hospitality ki hotels if you have per some problem you have to ask to the management of the hotel all the person listen very sincerely but they will not solve your problem after repeated request

I do not recommend this hotel. Even though I had made a reservation in advance, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and was directed to another hotel. The staff were unscrupulous and the sanitary conditions at another hotel was horrible. There were no towels, toilet paper, or even drinking water, and the sheets were unsanitary and covered in dust mites. The only thing that I like was that you can take hot shower.
